Currently teaching in studio. Owner/director of MotherHeart. Dawn has been teaching Yoga for 23+ years and is dedicated to teaching trauma informed practice and using her teaching position to explore and share about the intersections of Yoga and social justice. Dawn studied Classical Yoga at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India, the first organized school of Yoga, and was initiated yoga Sadhaka, or lifelong seeker. She studied with Smt. Hansaji Yogendra and the late Dr. Jaya
