Many of us struggle with feeling a sense of belonging to ourselves and each other, and we grieve the village we have never known. This time offers a healing space for understanding as we gather for movement, rest, journaling, song, and connection.

The thanksgiving holiday can be pretty charged. We live on stolen land, and we have been sold a false history. Many of our families feel bruised or broken and time together can be hard. This offering is a stepping out of grind and coming home to yourself. Join us in person or virtually.

An invitation for you to explore your breath, move with awareness (some examples of movement that might be included in a class: traditional yoga poses, intuitive dance, functional movements) and always with time and space to rest and integrate. My intention is to hold the space for whoever needs this class and for us to co-create the experience each week together. Yoga philosophy, inspired writings, and soothing music will be woven into the fabric of this experience as the muses request.

  • Drop in class:$20

  • 5 class: $90

  • 10 class: $170

  • Monthly Membership: $130

Class Etiquette

  • Please arrive early for every class. Note: The teacher locks the front door after Yoga class begins. 

  • Please care for personal hygiene before sharing space with others in Yoga

  • Please do not wear strong perfume or cologne to class. 

  • Please bring your own Yoga mat. If you do not have one, we have some to borrow

  • Please leave your cell phone outside the practice space

  • Please refrain from talking loudly in the practice space
