Weekly Class Schedule

Please park on Lawnton Street , between Gates and Hermitage to avoid taking spots from the neighbors.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled before class begins. You may pre-register for class or just drop in!

*Wednesday:6pm part vinyassa flow/part restorative yoga
Friday 10am: part gentle yoga/part meditation
Saturday 10am: IFS inspired simple yoga practice
*Sunday 10am: yoga flow for emotional intelligence

Class Etiquette

Please arrive early for every class. Note: The teacher locks the door after Yoga class begins.

Please care for personal hygiene before sharing space with others in Yoga

Please do not wear strong perfume or cologne to class.

Please bring your own Yoga mat. If you do not have one, we have some to borrow

Please leave your cell phone outside the practice space

Please refrain from talking loudly in the practice space
Class Descriptions

Letters to Our Friends
Mondays at 6pm:
60 minutes of Letter or card writing/ drawing that you may or may not send to a friend, followed by circle time, where sharing is optional.

Part Vinyassa /Part Restorative Yoga
Wednesdays at 6pm:
: 60 minutes (hybrid)
The first 30 minutes of class will be centering and creating some warmth via Yoga Sun Salutaions and breathwork. The last 30 minutes of class with offer a few prop supported yoga postures and a deep, long rest.

Part Gentle Yoga/Part Meditation
Fridays at 10am
60 minutes
Gentle yoga, deep relaxation, silent meditation

IFS inspired Yoga:
Saturdays at 10am
60 minutes
Both yoga and Internal Family Systems therapy offer a few of a central self; both seek to offer compassion to any suffering. This class offers a chance to unburden your minds parts and meet yourself through compassion and courage. Practices are simple and relaxing with the occasional offering of invigorating breath-work.
Slow Flow for Emotional Intelligence
Sundays at 10am:
60-minutes (hybrid)
This class begins and ends with rest and moves slowly and combines periods of flowing through simple and gentle yoga sequences with periods of relaxed stillness. This class invites an educated relationship with our emotions based in research of what specific emotions are trying to tell us or help us with. Trauma informed, IFS informed, beneficial for stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and overall health and understanding of the whole person.
