Reiki Treatment 45min: This is a hands on, energy healing session that can offer insight, emotional clarity & Release, and overall relaxation, well being, and pain relief. 

Reiki & Reflexology 45 min: Energy healing and Foot or Hand reflexology. This is a general refloxology massage of the hands or feet, using deep pressure massage on all reflexology points.

Spiritual Direction 45min: Guided Reflection and a time to be gently returned to your own inner clarity. Practices given by request. .

Grief Support 45 min: Receive skillful support for the grief you are carrying and wish to tend to. This is a great introduction to the 3 day grief retreat ritual.

Conscious Connected Breathwork with Eric: this session is a bit longer (75 minutes) and includes breathwork instruction, supporting presence/guidence, and time for processing and integration.
