Silent Retreat

January 16-19

 Altar of the Heart:

gather medicine for your heart; leave your grief as an offering

​

included in the retreat: guided yoga, meditation, breathwork, grief tending and support, relaxation, journalling, hiking, healthy meals and snacks.

This is a donation offering;

we ask for donations for your food, stay, and classes because thats what we provide....and, that donation is up to you! ​

Retreat Schedule
 

Day 1 Friday

  • 6:00 PM - welcoming and introductions, tea, and snack

  • 7:00 PM - Yoga, opening meditation, and mantra practice, leading into silence

​

Day 2 Saturday

* schedule items are all optional. Go in the way of support and ease.

  • 6:30 AM - seated meditation

  • 7:00 AM - guided yoga

  • 8:30 AM - Breakfast

  • 11:30 AM - group a check in

  • 12:00 AM - lunch

  • 2:00 PM - guided rest and breathwork

  • 6:00 PM - dinner

  • 8:00 PM - sound bath and chanting

​

Day 3 Sunday

* schedule items are all optional. Go in the way of support and ease.

  • 6:30 AM - seated meditation

  • 7:00 AM - guided yoga

  • 8:30 AM - Breakfast

  • 11:30 AM - poetry and movement; encountering the friend

  • 12:00 AM - lunch

  • 1:30 PM - woods walking meditation

  • 3:00 PM - guided rest and breathwork

  • 6:00 PM - dinner

  • 8:00 PM - Q+A, soundbath and chanting

​

Day 4 Monday

* schedule items are all optional. Go in the way of support and ease.

  • 6:30 AM - seated meditation

  • 7:00 AM - guided yoga

  • 8:30 AM - breakfast

  • 11:00 AM - talk and Q+A

  • 12:00 PM - Lunch

  • 1:00PM - Closing circle​
