Silent Retreat

January 16-19

 Altar of the Heart:

gather medicine for your heart; leave your grief as an offering

​

included in the retreat: guided yoga, meditation, breathwork, grief tending and support, relaxation, journalling, hiking, healthy meals and snacks.

This is a donation offering;

we ask for donations for your food, stay, and classes because thats what we provide....and, that donation is up to you! ​

Even if you don't plan to come, but simply want to support our work, we appreciate your donation so very much!

Retreat Schedule
(this schedule is for those committed to attending the entire retreat in person or over zoom. Can't commit to the whole retreat, but want to drop in for part? Sunday, 1/18, from 1-4pm is an open time for visiting participants. Please email dawn@motherheartstudio.com to sign up and receive important info).  The zoom link for those participating virtually will be posted on Thursday, 1/15

Day 1 Friday

​

Check in: 4pm for those staying on site. All others, please arrive at 5:30pm. Those over zoom, the waiting room will open at 5:45pm and you will be let into the meeting at 5:55pm. 

​

  • 6:00 PM - welcoming and introductions, tea, and snack

  • 7:00 PM - Yoga, opening meditation, and mantra practice, leading into silence

​

Day 2 Saturday

​

  • 7 AM - seated meditation

  • 7:30 AM - guided yoga

  • 8:00AM - Breakfast

  • 11:30 AM - seated meditation

  • 12:00 PM - lunch

  • 2:00-3 PM - guided Heart practice​​

  • 3-4PM-gentle yoga and rest

  • 6:00 PM - dinner

  • 8:00 PM - sound bath and chanting

Day 3 Sunday

  • 7 AM - seated meditation

  • 7:30 AM - guided yoga

  • 8:00AM - Breakfast

  • 11:30 AM -guided heart meditation

  • 12:00 PM - lunch

  • 1:30 PM - woods walking meditation

  • 3:00 -4PM - guided heart practice

  • 6:00 PM - dinner

  • 8:00 PM - Q+A, and chanting

​

Day 4 Monday

  • 7AM - seated meditation

  • 7:30 AM - guided yoga

  • 8:00 AM - breakfast

  • 11:00 AM  guided heart practice and Q+A

  • 12:00 PM - Lunch

  • 1:00PM - Closing circle​
